We collect the artist name, contact details, artist introduction, work links, statements, AI process information and optional preview image you submit. These are stored on this website’s server for reviewing submissions and contacting artists about the exhibition.
Submitting a work does not transfer copyright or grant public exhibition rights. Selected artists will be contacted to agree on the scope, attribution and terms of display before their submitted works are published. Only submit material you are entitled to share.
Submission records are accessible only to the website administrator. The administrator can delete a submission and its preview image. Contact the organizer through the channel used to receive the open call if you wish to access, correct or delete your submission. No marketing emails are sent by this form.
This site uses a session cookie for form security and administrator login. No advertising or analytics cookies are included.
